Russia Army's Radiation, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces following Russia going into Ukraine in February 2022 CE uncovered what was going on in those Pentagon funded 46 biolabs.
They found evidence of research into ethnic / race specific bioweapons as well as 'bat coronaviruses' in these labs that took place just after Ukraine's Maidan in 2014 CE and the country was taken over by the CIA.
Although most of the research into what exactly went on was already removed or destroyed by the time they reached these sites. Their research states this was carried out several years ahead of their arrival to the sites, possibly by 2017 CE.
